Faced with the strong move towards digital transformation in construction, and particularly since Decision 258/QD-TTg on the roadmap for applying BIM in construction and Decree 175/2024/ND-CP came into force, the leadership of Construction Consultant Joint Stock Company No. 8 (TECCO8) and Transport Construction Investment Consultant Joint Stock Company No. 5 (TECCO BMT) recognised the need to move on from traditional approaches and upgrade their technology and software to meet the new requirements of managing and designing transport infrastructure.

To that end, on 4 April 2025, at the offices of Construction Consultant Joint Stock Company No. 8, the "Cooperation Agreement - Technology transfer in data management and BIM modelling for construction works" was formally signed. The event was attended by senior leaders of all three partners together with more than 20 technical staff from TECCO8 and TECCO BMT.
What the cooperation programme covers:
-
Full cooperation in training, software supply, applied research and pooling resources to deliver BIM projects on the infrastructure and transport works TECCO8 and TECCO BMT are carrying out.
-
Transfer and training on BIM in depth:
-
Building BIM models for the works.
-
Applying BIM standards under the decisions and decrees in force to real projects.
-
Building the workflow for applying and delivering BIM in design consultancy.
-
Drafting and developing the technical guidance relating to BIM.
-
Research support and consultancy on delivering real BIM projects.
- Certificates of completion for those attending the BIM training
-
The standards, BIM workflows and technical guidance are all built around the ADSCivil BIM suite.
The three partners will work together using the ADSCivil CDE common data environment as the shared data environment for the infrastructure and transport works delivered by TECCO8 and TECCO BMT.
Representatives of TECCO8 and TECCO BMT said that applying BIM is not merely adopting new technology but a strategic move to rethink completely how projects are delivered in the digital age.
The two organisations share one vision: to be among the first consultancies applying BIM technology to transport infrastructure projects and so strengthen their competitive position in the construction industry.
Leaders on both sides stressed their commitment to a long partnership in digital transformation, investing heavily in staff training, building internal BIM standards and workflows, and keeping up with advanced software so that growth is sustainable, professional and in step with what is happening worldwide.
The technology: the ADSCivil BIM suite
As part of this cooperation, TECCO8 and TECCO BMT chose the ADSCivil BIM suite developed by Baezeni Software Co., Ltd. It is an advanced tool supporting the design and complete management of transport infrastructure projects to building information modelling (BIM).
ADSCivil BIM offers a number of notable capabilities:
-
3D modelling that is clear and accurate.
-
Design clash control from the project preparation stage onwards.
-
Construction workflow optimisation through schedule simulation and option analysis.
-
Central management of project documents and data, easy to integrate with other management systems.
Able to adapt to the technical demands of transport infrastructure projects, ADSCivil BIM promises a real step forward in raising design quality, optimising cost and shortening the construction programme.
Baezeni Software Co., Ltd. (BZSoft) is part of Baezeni Co., Ltd, a group specialising in information technology, BIM, VR and AR for the construction industry, with offices in Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia. BZSoft produces software for the infrastructure construction industry; its main product is ADSCivil, the BIM software suite for infrastructure design.
